2/16/97 Due to some extra work by "Mack", the host for our site, we now have much more sophisticated processing of the registration form. This change should solve all the problems that people have encountered trying to register. Your browser no longer needs to be set up for e-mail, because that is now handled by the server. When you register, you will now either get:
--   confirmation that the information has been accepted
--   a message that the required fields are not filled in
--   or a message about some other error
This change allows users of Microsoft Internet Explorer to register with the form.
2/14/97 We have confirmed that Microsoft Internet Explorer doesn't have the facilities to use the Registration form, so have added notes that users of that browser need to register with the e-mail form.
